A website is the nerve center of your Internet activity. It will remain a dud if people don’t visit it. It has, therefore, to be designed in such a manner that not only people visit it but also find their experience a happy one so that they visit it again and again. Here are certain steps to design your website:


Fast loading

Imagine someone clicking on your website link and waiting and waiting for it to load! There are thousands of competing websites dealing with your subject. They at once close your site and click on the next one inviting to be clicked open.

Your website should not take more than 15 minutes to load. One reason why websites take time to load is the large number of images in them.

Easy navigation

Navigation links allow the visitors to move around your site and find the information that they are looking for. let not the visitor look around to find the navigation menu. It must be visible to him the first thing the page opens.

Some people place the navigation links on the left while others also recommend putting them at the bottom of the page as well so that the visitor does not have to scroll up the page to locate the navigation menu and waste his time.

Page resolution

There are several page resolution options ranging from 640 x 480 to 1024 x 768 and some are even higher. You should try to decide your resolution in terms of percentage and not pixels. It should be noted that a page with higher resolution can contain more content. It also reduces the need for scrolling. The page resolution should be uniform all over the website.

Legible fonts

Do not make the font comic, fancy, flashy, convoluted and therefore unreadable. It is also necessary that the color scheme of the website should be carefully selected. Arial, Verdana, Times New Roman and Tahoma are some of the popular fonts.

Akhirnya kemaren sore menyelesaikan subversion di netbeans 6.5.1 tetapi belum selesai banget sih karena cuma bisa ambil repository dari http://absounila.googlecode...

Seharusnya bisa ambil https. Error didapatkan di setting proxy yang harus memakai password. Tapi untuk https: belum tau nih error dimana. Nih ada situs menarik untuk pengetahuan subversion di netbeans.

Rabu 3 Juni pada ngadain acara petisan nih di rumah Daniado. Seru abis!!! Cuma petisnya gak dimakan. Padahal stok buahnya banyak. Mentimun sebaskom, nanas 4 buah, bengkoang 3 iket, Jambu satu kresek besar, yang lebih hebat kacang untuk bumbunya pake kacang garuda .

Nggak taunya ibu yang punya rumah alias ibu dari daniado sdh buat tekwan. Alhasil pada diabisin tuh tekwan 2 mangkok gede langsung ludes
. Judulnya acara petisan tapi petisnya gak dimakan udah pada kenyang duluan sama tekwan n dugan. Nih poto2 bahagia dari konco-konco
